얼마 전

방탄소년단, BTS가 '다이너마이트' 라는 곡으로

한국 최초 빌보드 핫100 차트 1위를 했다는 뉴스를 들었습니다.

 

I heard the news that BTS ranked #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the first time in Korea.

 

사실 연예인을 거의 모르기 때문에 방탄소년단도 누구인지 잘 모릅니다.

 

I don't know celebrities well. I don't know BTS.

 

팀 이름은 몇번 들어 알고 있었지만, 멤버들의 이름은 잘 모릅니다.

 

I heard the name of the team several times, but I don't know the names of the members.

 

빌보드 핫100 1위라는 엄청난 일을 했기에  이들이 누구인지 알고 싶어졌습니다.

 

I wanted to know who these were.

방탄소년단은 빅히트 엔터테인먼트 소속의 가수입니다.

그리고 남성 7명으로 구성된 그룹입니다.

It is an idol group consisting of 7 men.

 

 

그룹 멥버로는 RM, 진, 슈가, 제이홉, 지민, 뷔, 정국이 있습니다.

BTS members are RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, and Jungkook.

 

랩몬스터 RM은 그래도 예전에 예능프로그램에서 본적이 있습니다.

RM has been seen in entertainment programs.

 

2. 방탄소년단 팬덤, BTS's Fandom

방탄소년단 팬덤의 이름은 아미입니다.

The name of BTS' fandom is A.R.M.Y.

 

아미는 군대라는 뜻으로, 방탄복과 군대는 거의 대부분 함께 하므로 방탄소년단과 팬클럽도 항상 함께라는 의미입니다.

Since most of the body armor and the military are together, it means that BTS and the fan club are always together.

 

아미는 청년을 위한 사랑스러운 대표라는 의미가 있습니다.

A.R.M.Y means Adorable Representative M.C for Youth.
